Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by CSM Filo, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

• Identity and contact: full name, phone number, email address, city.

• Evaluating your quote request and getting back to you,
• Carrying out pre-contract discussions and quotation processes,
• Ensuring information security and preventing misuse,
• Measuring advertising and campaign performance, with your consent,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

Legal grounds and method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms and cookies on our website. Form data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion of a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest); analytics and marketing cookies are processed based on your explicit consent under Art. 5/1.

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to our hosting and email infrastructure providers and, upon request, to authorized public institutions.

If you choose to load the map on the contact page, the Google Maps service connects your browser to the servers of Google LLC (USA).

Retention period

Quote requests are retained after the request is concluded for the periods required by applicable legislation and the general statute of limitations for potential disputes; at the end of this period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Cookie retention periods are listed in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

How to apply (KVKK Art. 13)

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your request in writing through one of the following channels:

Your request will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
